Aisha Becker-Burrowes (She/Her) is a social entrepreneur and impact consultant working at the intersections of media, communications, and social change, with a particular emphasis on racial equity and gender justice. She founded Studio Watts, a social impact agency and creative collective made up of radical communicators, mission-driven storytellers, and purpose-fueled creatives. She is also the co-founder and co-executive director of FEMINIST, the largest social-first non-profit media company dedicated to empowering women, girls, and gender-expansive people with a global audience of over 6M+.
A values-driven entrepreneur, Aisha has worked at some of the world’s leading media companies, including Netflix, ViacomCBS, and ESSENCE Magazine, using her platform to empower audiences and inspire action on urgent social issues. Aisha’s expertise is anchored by her academic background, holding a master’s degree in Media, Culture, and Communications from New York University.
