RaeShanda Lias

RaeShanda Lias is a Chicago born, Mississippi raised, and Kentucky living business owner, author, speaker, diversity advocate, and philanthropist that rose from homelessness in 2012 to running a successful style boutique All is Fair in Love and Fashion. AIF is an empowerment movement through fashion for women of all ages, colors, and sizes all across the globe. She is a social media creator that has worked with brands around the globe. She’s also served her country in the U.S. Army and went on to attend Kentucky State University where she earned her B.A. in Public Administration. She is an anti bullying advocate, reproductive rights advocate, and her company yearly awards scholarships to teen mothers that attended the TAPP Schools in Louisville, KY. In 2021 she started taking content creating seriously and now has over 3 million followers across the globe. This has lead to her traveling to speak on topics culturally relevant and aimed to move the needle forward. RaeShanda has published 4 books and enjoys mentoring young women interested in entrepreneurship and design.
